Benjamin Franklin said, "Better a job well done than one well said."  Communities are built on the backs of individuals who take the intiative to make a change through action.

The Lincoln County Development Authority and Lincolnton-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce sponsor a leadership program known as Leadership Lincoln which is held alternating years beginning in January 2008.  Leadership Lincoln is designed to enhance individuals knowledge of Lincoln County and develop leadership skills.  Interested persons can contact the Development Authority for more details.
